Company History

In 1936 Len Pepper started an independent building company and his sons, Graeme and Lewis Pepper, have maintained their father’s tradition into the current century. Since our establishment, we have continually grown to serve the building/construction needs of the people of New Zealand. With this extensive building history behind us, Pepper Construction retains Len’s original passion to continue building successfully and sustainably into the future.

At Pepper Construction we pride ourselves on being a sustainable building and construction company. Our client relationships are built on integrity and honest communication. We are committed to measured growth and continuous improvement in all areas of our business.

Our Community Involvement

Community involvement has always been an integral part of Pepper Construction. We are long-term supporters of many local community initiatives and we proudly show this support via our engagement and support of a variety of community and charitable organisations. We also support our employees in their voluntary/community/charity activities where we can. And we acknowledge our community connections contribute to our ongoing business success.
