Nukes has a wide range of building experience and knowledge. Having successfully run his own construction business for many years He knows the importance of building and maintaining client relationships.
Dayln oversees our asbestos removal side of the business. He brings with him over 10 years’ experience in this industry both in New Zealand and Australia. He also acts as our Health and Safety manager and his key role is to ensure all our sites operate safely so that our staff get home safely each night.
Peter has been with the company for over eight years and has progressed up the ranks to the role of foreman. He has enormous respect from his colleagues, which is reflected in his ability to lead his teams for the best possible outcome for his client.
Michael has a diverse career which gives him experience in lots of different situations which allows him to view things from a different perspective in a role as foreman. He views the world with a glass half full attitude and his enthusiasm is infectious which creates a great culture on site of achieving things in a positive way.
George is vastly experienced builder with 20+ years in the trade. George works primarily on our smaller “jobbing” works and is able to adapt quickly to clients needs. Handling up to 20 jobs at a time is a bit of an art form and George takes it in his stride
Tylar started with Pepper Construction as a young naive school leaver and has progressed rapidly to a valued leader within our foremen group. He leads with passion and determination while also showing a real sense of caring for his colleagues and those who are working with him.
Cam has been in the industry for 15 years. His experience ranges across residential, commercial, and light industrial. He is a stickler for detail which serves him great on the larger more complex projects. He enjoys spending time with our apprentices, passing on his experience to foster their growth.
Simon is our Wellington based site manager, with 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a qualified builder with an LBP registration.
