Pepper Construction was engaged to refurbish and fit out an existing twostorey office building in conjunction with another contractor (employed by the landlord). This presented a unique dynamic that required a very collaborative working relationship to accomplish both contracts in harmony.
Its unique characteristics included steel-framed walls, double thickness sound and fire-proofing, full-height aluminium joinery/glass partitions and doors. A major challenge to accomplishing this build was the limited ceiling space available to fit large commercial-grade HVAC systems.
Additionally, a tight timeframe was allocated for completion. The project was completed on time, through a strong partnership between all contractors and subcontractors to the project.
