These clients were looking for a stunning cost-effective design and build new home solution. We recommended a designer and together we managed to construct a modern home with a relatively small building footprint with multiple utilitarian spaces.

We were tasked with creating a connecting courtyard and an additional room specifically for our client’s hobbies all while sticking to a tight budget.

Sunlight and Glare were a challenge for this particular build, our solution for this included louvered eyebrows over north facing windows which filtered light and gave the building a slight aesthetic enhancement.
